District Elder Donnell Bouie
District Elder Donnell Bouie is the dedicated pastor of Transformation Apostolic Ministries in Washington Park, Illinois. Alongside his wife of 36 years, Evangelist Virginia Bouie, he faithfully serves the church community.
Pastor Bouie received the Holy Ghost at the age of 10 and was mentored by Bishop J.E. Moore, the former Presiding Prelate and current Assistant Presiding Prelate of the Pentecostal Churches Of The Apostolic Faith International. His journey through both secular and spiritual education has been guided by God's hand, culminating in his call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Bouie’s ministry is marked by a deep love for souls and a servant’s heart, particularly in empowering men to achieve their divine purpose. His years of service under Bishop J.E. Moore instilled in him the importance of humility and genuine love in leadership. He has chaired various church auxiliaries and is confident in God's guidance to lead 21st-century believers in making a Kingdom impact.
He and Evangelist Bouie are proud parents of three adult children—Britney, Joshua, and Jaelyn—and a son-in-law, Caleb. One of their greatest joys is their family’s passionate love for God.

Evangelist Virginia Bouie
Evangelist Virginia Bouie serves as the esteemed First Lady and associate minister of Transformation Apostolic Ministries, working alongside her husband, District Elder Donnell Bouie. She plays a crucial role in the church, overseeing the women’s ministry, evangelism, and outreach programs.
As the visionary founder of the Café Freedom Summit and the host of the thought-provoking Rooted in Beauty Show, Evangelist Bouie is dedicated to spreading the Word of God both nationally and internationally. An ordained minister in the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International, she also serves as the Assistant Director of the International Evangelism and Outreach Auxiliary for the same organization, the parent body of Transformation Apostolic Ministries. Beyond her ministerial duties, she is a professor of composition and literature at Joliet Junior College.
Evangelist Bouie and her husband are blessed with three wonderful children: Britney, Jaelyn, and Joshua. Their greatest joy is witnessing their family’s fervent love for God and commitment to His service.
